Heycop not only specializes in developing, producing and/or assembling complete products. We also provide production of individual components. For this purpose, Heycop has a particularly good and modern CNC machine park consisting of various turning and milling machines. This department is available 24 hours a day and runs partly unmanned with robots for the larger series .

In the CNC department, both single pieces and large series can be produced. To this end, Heycop has machines with bar feed and special machines for machining castings. Because of our origins from a foundry, Heycop has extensive knowledge of and a large network in the foundry industry. We specialize in machining castings, most of which are supplied by our established partners in the Netherlands, Germany, China, Taiwan, Vietnam and Portugal.
