Advanced CNC turning machines

With our own rapid prototyping department and in-house tool shop, we can respond quickly to your needs and deliver high-quality products with short and reliable lead times.

Our advanced machinery consists mainly of four-axis CNC milling and turning lathes, some of which can be loaded automatically. In our turning park we have the Mori Seiki NL2500SM, equipped with a robot that can also perform CNC turning operations at night. We also have a SY-type machine, which is equipped with a Y axis and can perform simple milling operations with driven tools in addition to turning operations. We also have the Doosan Puma TT1800SY in our turning fleet, which supports fully automatic bar feeding to produce large series of turning jobs quickly and efficiently. Our extensive experience in metalworking guarantees optimal operation and performance in CNC turning.
