Ventura is a leading manufacturer of innovative door systems for buses and subways and has its customers worldwide. Our assembly department for Ventura is completely lean and so that deliveries are sent out quickly and as often as desired.

In addition to the role of producer, Heycop also fulfills the role of partner in the field of innovations. Energy Axle for trailers

It is a common problem that batteries in trailers often do not have enough electrical energy to ensure the proper operation of electrical devices such as the tailgate. This is caused by the battery pack in the trailer not being charged properly by the alternator in the truck. Energy loss is caused by the long cables and couplings between alternator and battery pack.

On behalf of Valx, Heycop developed the Energy Axle. The Energy Axle is a trailer axle that is equipped with its own generator and generates its own energy independent of the truck. This energy is stored in the battery pack directly above it.

The Energy Axle is low-maintenance and suitable for both trailers that travel long distances and those that operate in urban areas. Due to the particularly short charging time of the battery pack (even at low speeds), the customer is always assured that all electrical equipment is functioning correctly.
